Users with @qiddiya.com or @delivery.qiddiya.com accounts can use the GIS Portal.

Sign in using the Qiddiyans/Partners option
After logging in the Portal for the first time, your Portal account is created by the system.
If you need to become a member of a specific Portal group or access information which is not available to everyone, you need to send your request to:
External Users Access
A Portal built-in user needs to be created for external users to access GIS.
The process is mandated and maintained by QIC IT Security.
Step 1
External user point-of-contact raises a new Help Desk request
Step 2
A new service request needs to be raised with the option for Non-Standard Software of the PMIS & Engineering Applications group.
The form needs to be completed with the highlighted options shown below and the required documents uploaded
Following IT’s approval, an external account is created and the user receives the credential via email.
